ESR Closing Conference
The ESR Closing Conference will take place at the Lidice Art Collection – Lidice Memorial on Wednesday, 24 February 2027, from 10 am to 4 pm CET. Entry is free and open to everyone.
🎤 Miloslav Vorlíček, Anna Némethné Molnár, Srdjana Cvijetić and more to be announced…
Over two years, ESR gave 20 emerging creative professionals a fully funded 30-day residency in Budapest, Dubrovnik and Lidice. Many of them came from backgrounds the art world too often leaves out. The conference brings residents, mentors and partners together in Lidice to show what those residencies produced.
International experts will speak on art and solidarity, inclusive residency and their practice. Residents from both rounds will present the work they developed during ESR. The day ends with an open discussion on how the partners, and the wider cultural sector, can carry this work forward.
🗣️ The conference is held in English, with interpretation into Czech, Hungarian and Croatian.
♿ Step-free access to the venue, accessible toilets, an induction loop, and a quiet room. If you need support to attend, write to hello@solidarityresidency.eu by 17 February 2027.
